| Habe keine Einladungen, sehe darin aber auch keinen Sinn: Neuer Vorstand, neuer Ort der Hauptversammlung, neue Ausrichtung (Reich-Immobilien und Gold statt Baltikum), eigentlich alles anders. Da spielen die alten Tagesordnungen auch keinen Sinn mehr. Um die Aktie spielt gerade ein neuer Krimi, aber das hat nix mehr mit der alten BiB zu tun. |

| Ja, neu einsteigen würde ich dort eher auch nicht. Der Krimi könnte aber spannend werden. Investitionen in Reich-Immobilien und Gold sind satzungswidrig. Mich würde weiterhin interessieren, welche exakten Rechte Vorstand und AR zum Erwerb und Veräußerung eigener Aktien haben. Eine solche Ermächtigung muss ja in einer der vergangenen HVs beschlossen worden sein. Suche daher insbesondere die Einladung zur HV 2013. |

Ganz merkwürdig: -bei einigen Depotbanken soll die Dividendenzahlung eingegangen und jetzt wieder storniert worden zu sein, anderswo ging sie gar nicht erst ein. Hier scheint es im Finanzsystem zu einer Fehlinformation gekommen zu sein. Die Firma hat offiziell nie eine Dividendenzahlung angekündigt. Daher buhe ich jetzt auch im Musterdepot die Dividendenzahlung zurück. |

| Der Bürgerkrieg in der Ukraine nimmt kein Ende, die Konfrontation zwischen Europa und Russland baut sich auch immer weiter auf, von Entspannung keine Spur. Erinnerungen an den kalten Krieg werden wach. Ein gruseliges Jahr, sowohl im europäischen als auch im Nahen Osten. :'-( Diese geopolitische Entwicklung ist wesentlich schlechter als ich erwartet habe und könnte auch das Geschäft von Grindeks auf längere Zeit belasten. | Grindeks schafft es immer wieder, mich zu überraschen. Wenn ich diesen Antrag vom 8. Dezember richtig verstehe, schlägt jetzt der Hauptaktionär Lipmans selber vor, am 22. Dezember eine Dividende eine Dividende (auszahlbar am 21. Januar) vor, und zwar in Höhe von 1,04€. Doppelt so viel wie zuvor diskutiert und stets von Lipmans abgelehnt wurde! | Grindeks hat heute tatsächlich eine Dividendenzahlung aus dem Gewinn 2013 beschlossen. Wenn auch wieder einmal anders als zuvor gefordert. Nicht 0,52€ ~ 50% des Gewinns 2013, wie der Minderheitsaktionär seit Sommer 2014 fordert, Nicht 1,04€ ~ 100% des Gewinns 2013, wie die Mehrheitsaktionäre zuletzt forderten, sondern 0,94 € ~ 90% des Gewinns 2013. Und auch nicht im Januar 2015, wie die Mehrheitsaktionäre zuletzt forderten, sondern im März 2015. Beim aktuellen Kurs entspricht das einer Dividendenrendite von 17%, auf meinen Einstiegskurs berechnet sind es immerhin 12,7%. Aber ich habe noch keine Firma erlebt, bei der die Dividendenentscheidung erst in der dritten Aktionärsversammlung zum Thema fiel.
