| Interessant .. aber die Aufstockung scheint am 20.Okt zwei Tage vor der Veroeffentlichung des Shorterberichts stattgefunden zu haben - was die Frage aufwirft, ob Forum Family Office auch jetzt noch aufstocken wuerde. |

| Das ist ja ganz schön heftig. Ich muss mich da an der Nase nehmen ... "too good to be true" scheint doch ein "red flag" zu sein auf das ich nicht achte. Gott sei Dank hat der Bond Issue zu total komischen Bedingungen (der bisher auch noch unverfolgreich verbleiben ist) dann doch dazu geführt, dass ich an der Story des Managements gezweifelt habe. Ich tue mir aber immer noch extrem schwer zu glauben, dass Forum da so einem Scam auf den Leim geht - und zwar aktuell nochmals mit Aufstockung. Das alles ist sehr dubios. Da wird im Forum (ADVFN) schon vor Tagen geschrieben, dass in einem Telefongespräch mit einem Senior-Manager gesagt wurde, dass die Forum Leute gerade aktuell im Büro seien und die Bücher prüfen (was ich für sehr realistisch halte - Forum beschränkt sich nicht nur auf Drittquellen - ich bin überzeugt, dass die sich vor Ort informiert haben). Dann kommt die Meldung zur Aufstockung und zwei Tage später so was! Den Mini-Gewinn aus dem Trade sollte ich wohl besser spenden. Verdient ist das nicht. |

| Wow... sowas habe ich seit dem Zusammenbruch einiger Lügengebäude aus dem Neuen Markt nicht mehr erlebt. Bin gespannt wie das jetzt weitergeht, das ist auch superpeinlich für die führenden Enterprise Softwareanalystenhäuser, die Globo mit ihren Reports den Ritterschlag verpasst hatten. Vielen Dank an die Al-Sting, Helmut und alle anderen, die auch mich hier vor größerem Verlust bewahrt haben. :-( stw |

| Die Geschichte schlägt weitere wilde Haken. Der Chef hat anscheinend noch rechtzeitig einen Teil seiner Aktien zu Geld gemacht: "Globo also said that Papadimitrakopoulos had informed the company that up to last Thursday he has sold 42.05 million shares in the company, and pledged 10 million shares under a personal loan agreement with Lantau Holdings Ltd - a loan that will default at close of business Monday due to two consecutive days of the suspension of the company's shares from trading." http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/news/AN_1445849842100995200/update-globo-ceo-sold-shares-before-resigning-amid-financial-probe.aspx Lantau Holding?
